Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These are the terms of use and terms of sale for myskinmatters.in. They form a legal agreement between you and KIEVORA Private Limited, the company that runs this website and sells SKIN MATTERS products on it.

Please read them before you browse, create an account or place an order. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to contact@myskinmatters.in and we will explain it.

The short version

This summary is here to help. It is not a substitute for the full terms below. If the summary and the full terms differ, the full terms apply.

  • You need to be 18 or older to buy. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.
  • SKIN MATTERS Gentle Gel Cleanser is a cosmetic. It is not a medicine and we do not sell it as one.
  • The MRP is ₹499, inclusive of all taxes. We will never charge you more than the MRP for the product.
  • Your order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil it, we refund you in full.
  • Returns, refunds and cancellations follow our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Shipping follows our Shipping Policy.
  • You keep ownership of the reviews and photos you post. You give us permission to display them.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away rights that Indian consumer law gives you.
  • If something goes wrong, our Grievance Officer must acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

1. About These Terms and Who We Are

1.1 In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean KIEVORA Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at First Floor, G-79, Ashok Vihar Phase-1 Road, New Delhi 110052. CIN: U86901DC2026PTC473754. GSTIN: 07AANCK1106B1Z2.

1.2 We own and operate the website myskinmatters.in, including its mobile version and any checkout, account or order-tracking pages on it (the “Site”). We are the marketer of SKIN MATTERS products and the seller of every product sold on the Site.

1.3 “You” and “your” mean the person who visits the Site, creates an account or places an order.

1.4 “Product” means any item offered for sale on the Site. At present this is the SKIN MATTERS Gentle Gel Cleanser, 50 ml.

1.5 These Terms apply to your use of the Site and to every order you place on it. By using the Site, creating an account, or clicking the button that places an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1.6 The following documents form part of these Terms. Where they deal with a subject in more detail, the detailed document applies to that subject.

1.7 This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules made under it. It is generated by a computer system and does not need a physical or digital signature. It is published in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, which require the terms of use of a website to be published.

1.8 These Terms cover purchases made on myskinmatters.in only. If you buy a SKIN MATTERS product from a marketplace or any other seller, that seller’s terms govern the sale, including delivery, returns and refunds.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You may place an order on the Site only if you are able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872. In practice this means you are at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and not barred by any law from contracting.

2.2 If you are under 18, you may browse the Site, but you may not create an account or place an order yourself. Your parent or legal guardian must do so in their own name. They accept these Terms on your behalf and are responsible for the order, the payment and the use of the Product.

2.3 By placing an order you confirm that you meet the conditions in clause 2.1, or that you are a parent or legal guardian ordering for a minor under clause 2.2.

2.4 Products on the Site are sold for personal use only. You may not buy them to resell, distribute or use for any commercial purpose without our written agreement. For bulk, gifting or trade enquiries, write to contact@myskinmatters.in.

2.5 We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the person does not meet these conditions.

3. Your Account

3.1 You can browse the Site without an account. You can place an order as a guest. You may need an account to see your past orders or use certain offers.

3.2 When you register or check out, you agree to give information that is true, current and complete, and to keep it updated. This includes your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address. We are not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect details you gave us.

3.3 Each person may hold one account. An account is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold.

3.4 You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential, and for activity that takes place through your account. If you believe someone else has used your account, tell us at once at contact@myskinmatters.in. We will never ask you for your password, OTP, card PIN or CVV by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.

3.5 By giving us your mobile number and email address, you agree that we may contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call or in-Site notification about your account and your orders. These are service messages. Marketing messages are sent only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of them at any time.

3.6 We may suspend or close your account, with notice where practical, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if the law requires it. If we close an account for any reason, orders already paid for and not affected by the breach will still be fulfilled or refunded.

3.7 You may close your account at any time by writing to contact@myskinmatters.in. Closing your account does not cancel an order that has already been dispatched. How we handle your personal data after closure is set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. Product Information and Cosmetic Disclaimer

4.1 SKIN MATTERS Gentle Gel Cleanser is a cosmetic within the meaning of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and the Cosmetics Rules 2020. It is meant to cleanse the skin. It is not a drug or a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent acne, eczema, pigmentation or any other disease or medical condition.

4.2 Information on the Site about skin, ingredients and routines is general information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or dermatologist. If you have a skin condition, a known allergy, or are under medical treatment, speak to a qualified doctor before using a new product.

4.3 Skin is individual. How a Product feels and performs depends on your skin type, the climate you live in, the other products you use and how you use it. We do not promise that any person will get a particular result, or the same result as someone else.

4.4 We recommend a patch test before first full use. Read the full ingredient list on the product page and on the pack before you buy, and do not use the Product if you are allergic to any ingredient in it. The Product is for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Stop using it if irritation occurs. Keep it out of reach of children. See the Patch Test Guide and the Disclaimer.

4.5 We take care to describe the Product accurately. The details required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules 2011, including the name and address of the manufacturer and marketer, country of origin, common name of the commodity, net quantity, MRP, the “use before” or expiry date, and consumer care contact, are shown on the product page and printed on the pack.

4.6 The Product is manufactured in India by The Great Herbal, Plot No-296, Ecotech-3, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201306 (Mfg. Lic. No. UP16320000048/2024) and marketed by KIEVORA Private Limited. “Korean Skincare Philosophy” describes the approach behind the formula. It does not mean the Product is made in or imported from Korea.

4.7 Product photographs, renders and videos on the Site are for illustration. The colour of the gel, the tube and the packaging may look slightly different on your screen, and pack artwork may be updated from time to time. If the pack you receive differs from the Site in any detail required by law, the pack you receive is the correct reference for that unit, and you may contact us if you believe there is an error.

4.8 If the label on the pack and the description on the Site are inconsistent, tell us at contact@myskinmatters.in. Where the inconsistency is our error and it affects your decision to buy, you may return the Product under the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Pricing and MRP

5.1 All prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹).

5.2 The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the SKIN MATTERS Gentle Gel Cleanser, 50 ml, is ₹499, inclusive of all taxes. This is the MRP printed on the pack, as required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules 2011. We will not charge more than the MRP for the Product.

5.3 We may sell the Product on the Site at a price lower than the MRP. The selling price is the price shown on the product page and at checkout when you place your order.

ItemAmount
MRP (inclusive of all taxes)₹499
Selling price on myskinmatters.in₹399
Shipping chargeFree on every order in India. Shown separately at checkout before you pay

5.4 The selling price includes Goods and Services Tax (GST). Shipping is free. Any other charge would be shown separately at checkout before you pay. The total shown on the final checkout screen, before you confirm the order, is the full amount you pay. We do not add charges after that point.

5.5 We may change the selling price, shipping charges or offers at any time. A change does not affect an order you have already placed and we have accepted.

5.6 We work to keep prices accurate, but errors can happen. If a Product is listed at a price that is clearly wrong, for example because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order before dispatch. We will tell you, and we will refund any amount you paid in full under clause 9.6. You may then place a new order at the correct price if you wish.

5.7 Any “strike-through” price shown next to the selling price is the MRP, unless the page says otherwise.

6. Orders and Acceptance

6.1 The display of a Product on the Site is an invitation to you to make an offer to buy it. It is not an offer by us to sell.

6.2 When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the Product on these Terms. Before you confirm, the checkout page shows you the Product, quantity, price, charges, delivery address and payment method. Please check them. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

6.3 After you place an order, we send an order confirmation by email. This message confirms that we have received your order. It is not our acceptance of it.

6.4 Our acceptance takes place, and a contract of sale between you and us is formed, when we dispatch the Product and send you a dispatch confirmation. The invoice for your order is issued by KIEVORA Private Limited.

6.5 We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for any of these reasons:

  • The Product is out of stock or cannot be supplied;
  • Your delivery address is outside the area we deliver to, or is incomplete or cannot be verified;
  • Payment is not received, is declined or is reversed;
  • There is an error in the price or description of the Product (see clause 5.6);
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, resale, or a breach of these Terms;
  • The order exceeds the quantity limit in clause 6.6;
  • We are prevented from fulfilling it by an event outside our reasonable control.

6.6 To keep stock available for individual customers, we may limit the number of units per order, per customer or per delivery address.

6.7 If we decline or cancel an order, we will tell you by email and refund any amount you have paid, in full, under clause 9.6. We do not charge a cancellation fee when we cancel.

6.8 You may cancel an order before dispatch as set out in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. See clause 9.

6.9 We keep a record of your order. You can see it in your account or ask us for a copy at contact@myskinmatters.in.

7. Payment

7.1 You can pay using the methods shown at checkout: UPI, credit and debit cards and net banking. We accept prepaid orders only. The methods available may change and may depend on your delivery PIN code and order value.

7.2 Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a third-party payment service provider. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are handled by the provider and your bank under their own terms. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

7.3 By making a payment, you confirm that the payment instrument is yours, or that you have the owner’s permission to use it, and that the details you provide are correct.

7.4 All orders are prepaid. Payment is not collected at the door.

7.5 If your bank account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the payment provider. If it is not reversed, write to contact@myskinmatters.in with the transaction reference and we will help you trace it. See the Payment Policy.

7.6 We are not responsible for a charge, decline or delay caused by your bank, card issuer or payment provider. This does not affect your right to a refund from us of any amount we actually received for an order that is cancelled or validly returned.

7.7 If we reasonably suspect that a transaction is fraudulent or unauthorised, we may hold or cancel the order and ask you for verification. We may report unlawful activity to the bank, the payment provider and the authorities.

7.8 A tax invoice is sent to you by email or included with your order. If you need a GST invoice in a business name, provide the correct GSTIN at checkout. We cannot amend an invoice after it has been issued except where the law allows.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 We deliver within India only, to PIN codes served by our courier partners. You can check your PIN code at checkout.

8.2 We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of the order being placed and to deliver 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Actual delivery depends on your location, the courier and conditions on the ground.

8.3 Orders are delivered by our courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link.

8.4 Shipping charges: shipping is free on every order delivered in India. Any charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

8.5 Ownership of the Product passes to you on delivery, provided we have received payment in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the Product is delivered to the address you gave us, or to a person who accepts it at that address.

8.6 If delivery fails because the address is wrong or incomplete, or because nobody is available after the courier’s attempts, the order may be returned to us. In that case we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund, as set out in the Shipping Policy.

8.7 We are not liable for a delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control, as described in clause 19.6. If your order is delayed well beyond the estimate, you may contact us to cancel it for a full refund if it has not yet been delivered.

8.8 The full terms are in the Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

9.1 Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. This clause is a summary. If this clause and that policy differ, that policy applies.

9.2 Cancellation by you. You may cancel an order before dispatch at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the return rights below still apply.

9.3 Damaged, wrong, expired or leaking Product. If the Product you receive is damaged, leaking, past its expiry date, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days from delivery. We will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

9.4 To help us resolve a claim quickly, send your order number and clear photographs of the Product, the outer package and the shipping label to contact@myskinmatters.in. A short video of the unopened package being opened helps, but it is not a condition of your claim.

9.6 Refunds. Approved refunds are made 5–7 business days to original payment method. The time your bank takes to show the credit is outside our control.

9.7 Nothing in this clause or in our policies limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, including your rights in respect of a defective product.

10. Promotions, Codes and Offers

10.1 From time to time we may offer discount codes, bundles or other promotions (each an “Offer”). Any current Offer and its conditions are shown on the Site where it applies.

10.2 Each Offer is subject to these Terms and to any specific conditions published with it, such as its validity period, minimum order value, eligible payment methods and eligible customers. If the specific conditions of an Offer differ from these Terms, the specific conditions apply to that Offer.

10.3 Unless an Offer says otherwise:

  • Only one code may be used per order, and Offers cannot be combined;
  • A code may be used once per customer;
  • A first-order code is valid only on the first order from a customer, account, mobile number or delivery address;
  • A code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credited to a bank account or transferred;
  • A code must be entered at checkout before payment and cannot be applied to an order already placed.

10.4 If an order placed using an Offer is cancelled or refunded, you are refunded the amount you actually paid. The discount is not refunded or paid out, and a single-use code may not be re-issued.

10.5 We may withdraw or change an Offer at any time before you place your order. An order that we have already accepted under an Offer will be honoured at the price confirmed at checkout, except where clause 5.6 or clause 10.6 applies.

10.6 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an Offer has been obtained or used by fraud, by breaching its conditions, or by exploiting an error, we may cancel the Offer, cancel the order before dispatch, and withhold or reverse the reward.

10.7 Offers are valid only on myskinmatters.in and only for delivery within India, unless stated otherwise.

10.8 Refer a Friend. Referral codes and referral rewards are Offers. They are subject to these Terms and to the referral terms published on the Offers page, including the first-order rule, the yearly limit on rewards and the validity of reward codes.

10.9 Affiliate programme. Codes and links issued to members of our affiliate programme are Offers for the customers who use them. The relationship between us and our affiliates is governed by the separate programme terms on the affiliate programme page.

11. Reviews and Other Content You Post

11.1 “Your Content” means anything you submit to the Site or send to us for publication, including reviews, ratings, questions, comments, photographs and videos, and content you post on social media in which you tag us and agree to our use of it.

11.2 You keep ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, for as long as Your Content is protected by law, to use, reproduce, display, translate, crop, resize and publish it on the Site, in our emails, on our social media pages, on marketplace listings and in our advertising. We may shorten or format Your Content, but we will not change its meaning.

11.3 We may show your first name, city and skin type next to your review if you provided them. We will not show your full name, contact details or order details. You can ask us at any time to remove Your Content or to stop using it in future advertising by writing to contact@myskinmatters.in. We will remove it from the Site and stop new uses within a reasonable time.

11.4 You confirm that:

  • Your Content is your own honest opinion, based on your own experience of the Product;
  • You own Your Content or have permission to share it, and it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • Any person who can be identified in a photograph or video you submit has agreed to it being published;
  • You have told us if you received the Product free, at a discount, or received any reward in return for the review.

11.5 Your Content must not:

  • Be false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful or unlawful;
  • Claim that the Product treats, cures or prevents a disease or medical condition;
  • Contain personal data about another person, or your own phone number, address or payment details;
  • Contain advertising, spam, links to other sellers, or software code;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with us or with any other company.

11.6 We do not write or commission fake reviews, and we do not post reviews while pretending to be a customer. Where a review is from a verified purchase on the Site, it is marked as such. Where a reviewer received a free Product or a reward, we disclose that with the review. We do not remove a review only because it is negative.

11.7 We may decline to publish, or may remove, any of Your Content that breaches clause 11.4 or 11.5, or that we are required by law or by a court or government order to remove. We are not obliged to publish Your Content.

11.8 Reviews reflect the experience and opinion of the individual who wrote them. They are not our statements, they are not medical advice, and they are not a promise that you will have the same experience.

11.9 If you believe that content on the Site infringes your rights or breaks the law, write to our Grievance Officer using the details in clause 17, with a description of the content and where it appears.

11.10 If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Site or the Product, we may use them without any payment or obligation to you. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 The Site and everything on it, including the text, product descriptions, guides, photographs, videos, illustrations, pack artwork, graphics, layout, design and software, is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by the Copyright Act 1957 and other intellectual property laws.

12.2 The name SKIN MATTERS, the SKIN MATTERS logo, the tagline “Mild. Thoughtful. Effective.”, the line “Korean Skincare Philosophy for Indian Skin & Climate”, and the pack design are trademarks or trade dress that we own or are licensed to use, whether registered or not, and are protected under the Trade Marks Act 1999. Trade mark application no. 8046511 (application pending).

12.3 We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access the Site and to view, download and print its pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, including to shop on it.

12.4 Without our prior written consent, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell or license any part of the Site or its content;
  • Use our name, logo, trademarks, product images or pack artwork, including in advertising, in a domain name, or on a marketplace listing;
  • Frame the Site, or mirror it on another server;
  • Use the content of the Site to train, test or improve any software or machine-learning model.

12.5 You may share a link to a page of the Site, or share our posts using the sharing functions of a social media platform, provided you do so fairly and without suggesting an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

12.6 The names and logos of third parties shown on the Site, such as payment providers and courier partners, belong to their owners.

12.7 If you believe a SKIN MATTERS product you have seen or bought is counterfeit, tell us through the Report a Fake Product page.

13. Prohibited Use

13.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

  • Break any law or regulation that applies to you while using the Site;
  • Give false information, impersonate another person, or use another person’s account or payment instrument without permission;
  • Place orders that you do not intend to accept or pay for, or place orders for resale in breach of clause 2.4;
  • Use a bot, scraper, crawler or other automated means to access the Site, collect data from it, or place orders, except for public search engines that follow our robots.txt file;
  • Probe, scan or test the Site for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or bypass any security or access control. If you find a security issue, report it under our Responsible Disclosure page;
  • Upload or send any virus, malware or harmful code, or do anything that overloads, damages or disrupts the Site;
  • Interfere with another person’s use of the Site;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or copy any software used on the Site, except where the law allows;
  • Misuse an Offer or the return process;
  • Post or send any content that breaches clause 11.5;
  • Host, display, upload, publish, send or share any information that is prohibited by Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021. This includes information that belongs to another person, is obscene, harms a child, infringes intellectual property, deceives the reader about its origin, impersonates another person, threatens the unity, security or sovereignty of India, or breaks any law in force.

13.2 If you breach this clause, we may remove the content, cancel the orders concerned, suspend or close your account, block your access to the Site, and report the matter to the authorities. We may also recover from you the losses we suffer as a result, under clause 16.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

14.1 The Site may link to websites, apps and social media pages that we do not own or control, such as marketplaces, courier tracking pages and payment pages. We provide these links for your convenience.

14.2 We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices of a third-party website. Your use of it is governed by that website’s own terms and privacy policy.

14.3 We use third-party service providers to run the Site and fulfil orders, including Cashfree for payments and our courier partners for delivery. We remain responsible to you for delivering the Product you ordered and for refunds due to you under these Terms. We are not responsible for services you obtain from a third party under a separate arrangement with them.

14.4 A link to a third-party website is not an endorsement of that website or of what it sells.

15. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

15.1 What we promise. We will supply the Product you ordered, in the quantity ordered, matching the description on the pack, and within its “use before” date at the time of delivery. If we do not, your remedies are set out in clause 9 and in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15.2 The Site. We try to keep the Site available, accurate and secure, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the Site will always be available or uninterrupted, that it will be free of errors, viruses or harmful components, or that every statement on it is complete and up to date. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.

15.3 No other warranties. Except as stated in these Terms, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranty or condition, express or implied, about the Site or the Product. In particular, we do not warrant that the Product will suit your individual skin, that it will produce a particular result, or that you will not have a reaction to it. See clause 4 and the Disclaimer.

15.4 Limits. To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the Site or the Product;
  • We are not liable for loss or harm to the extent it is caused by your use of the Product contrary to the directions and cautions on the pack and on the Site, by your use of it after its expiry date, by your failure to read the ingredient list where you have a known allergy, or by a Product bought from a seller other than us and not supplied by us;
  • We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control (clause 19.6);
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

15.5 Your legal rights are not affected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:

  • Our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Any liability of a product manufacturer, product service provider or product seller under the product liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 2019;
  • Any other right or remedy you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

15.6 If you have a reaction to the Product, stop using it, rinse the area with water, and see a doctor if it does not settle. Please then tell us at contact@myskinmatters.in, with your order number and the batch number printed on the tube, so that we can investigate.

16. Indemnity

16.1 You agree to indemnify us, and our directors, officers, employees and agents, against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that we incur because of:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your breach of any law, or of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
  • Your Content;
  • Your misuse of the Site, an account, an Offer or a payment instrument.

16.2 This indemnity applies only to the extent that the loss is caused by your act or omission. It does not apply to a loss caused by our own negligence or breach.

16.3 We will tell you promptly about any claim covered by this clause and will take reasonable steps to limit the loss.

18.2 If a dispute arises, please contact us first under clause 17. Both of us will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days of your complaint.

18.3 Subject to clause 18.4, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms, the Site or an order.

18.4 Nothing in this clause limits your right as a consumer to file a complaint before a District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission that has jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, including the commission for the place where you live or work.

18.5 The Site is intended for use by people in India. We do not represent that the Site or the Product complies with the laws of any other country. If you access the Site from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for following your local laws.

19. Changes to These Terms and General Provisions

19.1 Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add products or features or when the law changes. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by a notice on the Site or by email. We will inform registered users of these Terms and our policies at least once a year, as the law requires.

19.2 Which version applies. Your order is governed by the Terms in force on the date you placed it. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms for future use.

19.3 Termination. These Terms apply for as long as you use the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time. We may end or suspend your access under clause 3.6 or clause 13.2. Clauses 9, 11.2, 12, 15, 16, 18 and 19 continue to apply after these Terms end, as do any rights and obligations that arose before they ended.

19.4 Severability. If a court or authority finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part is removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms continue to apply.

19.5 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms at a particular time, that does not mean we have given up the right. A waiver is valid only if we give it in writing.

19.6 Events outside our control. We are not in breach of these Terms, and are not liable, for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control. Examples are natural disasters, floods, epidemics, fire, strikes, transport or courier disruption, internet or power failure, cyber attacks, riots, war, and orders of a government or court. We will tell you if such an event affects your order, and you may cancel an undelivered order for a full refund.

19.7 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer ours to another company, for example if the business is restructured or sold, provided your rights under these Terms are not reduced.

19.8 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents listed in clause 1.6 and any specific conditions of an Offer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and your orders. They replace any earlier understanding on the same subject.

19.9 No partnership. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and us.

19.10 Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies if there is any difference.

19.11 Notices. We may give you notice by email to the contact details in your account or order, or by a notice on the Site. You may give us notice by email to contact@myskinmatters.in or by post to the address in clause 20.

19.12 Headings. Headings and the summary at the top of this page are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.
