Buy Only Genuine Tubes

There is one Skin Matters product: the Gentle Gel Cleanser, 50 ml. It is made in one facility in Greater Noida and sold through a short list of sellers we have authorised ourselves.

If your tube came from that list, it is genuine. If it came from anywhere else, this page shows you how to check it in about two minutes, using only what is printed on the pack.

  • One product. One manufacturer. A short list of sellers.
  • Every check on this page can be done at home, without any app or code.
  • If something does not match, tell us. We look at every report.

The Full List of Authorised Sellers

A fake is a product made to look like ours by someone else. The simplest way to avoid one is to buy only from the places below. This list is complete. If a seller is not on it, we did not supply them.

1. myskinmatters.in

Our own website, run by KIEVORA Private Limited, the company that markets Skin Matters. Stock is supplied by our manufacturer and dispatched by us.

MRP ₹499. Our price: ₹399.

2. Our official stores on marketplaces

Flipkart, Amazon and Meesho (listings coming soon).

On a marketplace, the brand name on the listing is not enough. Many sellers can list under the same product page. Check the “Sold by” line before you pay. The authorised seller name is:

KIEVORA Private Limited.

If the “Sold by” name is different, that order is not coming from us.

Not on the list

  • Any other website, including ones with names close to ours.
  • Sellers on Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook Marketplace.
  • Physical shops, pharmacies and salons.
  • Resellers offering “wholesale”, “bulk” or “factory rate” tubes.

We cannot vouch for product bought from any of these, and we cannot tell you how it was stored.

Check Your Tube Against the Real One

Hold your tube next to this list. A genuine tube matches every point. Read the print slowly. Fakes usually get the small text wrong before they get the big text wrong.

The front

  1. The tube. A yellow tube, 50 ml, with a white flip cap.
  2. The brand name. SKIN MATTERS, with the TM mark.
  3. The purple band. It reads, word for word: “Korean Skincare Philosophy for Indian Skin & Climate”.
  4. The product name. Korean lettering sits directly above the words “Gentle Gel Cleanser”.
  5. The size. 50 ml. We do not make any other size.

The back

  1. The full ingredient list. All 19 ingredients are printed, starting with Aqua and ending with Tocopherol. The complete list is on our ingredients page, so you can compare line by line.
  2. The manufacturer. “Manufactured by The Great Herbal”, with the address Plot No-296, Ecotech-3, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201306.
  3. The licence number. Mfg. Lic. No. UP16320000048/2024. Check every digit.
  4. The marketer. “Marketed by KIEVORA Private Limited”, with the address First Floor, G-79, Ashok Vihar Phase-1 Road, New Delhi 110052.
  5. The batch number. A batch number is the code for one production run. Every genuine tube has one.
  6. The use-before date. Printed and readable, and still in the future.
  7. The MRP box. MRP ₹499.
  8. Country of origin. “Made in India”. The philosophy is Korean. The product is made in India.

The tube itself

  1. The seal. It should be intact when the tube reaches you.
  2. The print. Sharp, evenly spaced, no spelling mistakes, no stickers pasted over printed text.
  3. What is inside. A gel. No added synthetic fragrance, so it should not smell of perfume.

One thing we do not have

There is no hologram, QR code or scratch code on our tube. If someone asks you to “verify” your tube by scanning a code or entering it on a website, that request did not come from us.

Four Signs Something Is Wrong

One sign on its own is not proof. Two or more, and you should stop using the tube and write to us.

The price is far below ours

MRP is ₹499 and we sell at ₹399. Authorised sellers run offers, so small differences are normal. A price far below that, from a seller not on our list, is the most common sign of a fake or of expired stock.

The batch number is missing

Every genuine tube carries a batch number, a use-before date and an MRP. If any of these is missing, scratched off, covered by a sticker or printed over, treat the tube as suspect.

The seal is broken

The seal should be intact on arrival. A broken, missing or re-glued seal means the tube has been opened. Do not use it, whoever sold it.

The texture or smell is different

The genuine cleanser is a gel with no added synthetic fragrance. A strong perfume smell, a watery or gritty texture, or a product that separates in the tube does not match what we make.

Also check the pack print

Spelling mistakes, a different wording on the purple band, a wrong licence number, a missing “Marketed by” line or a size other than 50 ml are all signs of a copy.

If your skin reacts to a tube you are unsure about, stop using it, rinse with water and see a doctor if the reaction does not settle. Then tell us.

Caution: Fake Sellers, Lookalike Sites and Scams Using Our Name

Issued by KIEVORA Private Limited, the company that markets Skin Matters.

People we have no connection with may use the Skin Matters name, logo or product photos to sell copies or to take money and personal data. Please read this before you pay anyone or share any detail.

What to watch for

  1. Fake sellers. Individuals or pages offering Skin Matters tubes at “wholesale” or “factory” prices, usually over WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram direct messages.
  2. Lookalike websites. Sites with a web address close to ours: an extra letter, a hyphen, a different ending. Our only website is myskinmatters.in. Type it yourself instead of following a link in a message.
  3. Lookalike social media handles. Accounts that copy our name, logo and posts, then announce giveaways or ask for a “shipping fee” to release a prize.
  4. Phishing messages. Phishing means a message built to trick you into giving away passwords, card details or codes. These often say your order is “on hold” or your “refund is pending” and include a link.
  5. OTP and payment scams. Callers who claim to be from Skin Matters support and ask for a one-time password, UPI PIN or card number, or who ask you to install a screen-sharing app.
  6. Job and collaboration scams. Offers of jobs, internships, paid reviews, “task-based” earning, influencer deals or distributorships in our name that ask for a registration fee, deposit or advance payment.

We will never

  • Ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or net-banking password. Not by call, message or email.
  • Ask you to install any app to receive a refund.
  • Send payment links over WhatsApp, SMS or social media. Payment for our products happens only at checkout on myskinmatters.in or on an authorised marketplace.
  • Charge any fee for a job, internship, collaboration, giveaway prize or distributorship.
  • Ask you to “verify” a tube by scanning a code or entering details on another website.

Our only official channels

  • Website: myskinmatters.in

A message from any other address, number or handle is not from us, even if it uses our logo.

If you have already paid or shared details

  1. Call your bank or UPI app straight away and ask them to block the transaction or card.
  2. Report it on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in, or call the cyber crime helpline 1930.
  3. Report the suspicious call, SMS or WhatsApp message on Chakshu, the reporting facility on the Government of India’s Sanchar Saathi portal.
  4. Tell us at contact@myskinmatters.in, with screenshots, so we can warn others and ask the platform to take the account down.

Skin Matters and KIEVORA Private Limited are not responsible for losses from dealings with unauthorised sellers or with anyone impersonating us. We will still help you report it.

Think Your Tube Is Fake? Do These Four Things

01

Stop using it.

We cannot tell you what is in a tube we did not make.

02

Keep everything.

The tube, the outer packaging, the invoice and the courier label. Do not throw the tube away.

03

Take three photos.

The front, the back, and the crimp. The crimp is the flat sealed end of the tube. Make sure the batch number and use-before date can be read.

04

Send us a report.

The form takes about three minutes. We reply within 24 working hours and tell you what we found.

Also raise a return with the seller or marketplace you bought from. They hold your payment, so the refund has to come from them.

We will still check your tube and tell you if it is genuine.

Questions About Genuine Product

Is every tube on myskinmatters.in genuine?

Yes. Stock on our website is supplied by our manufacturer, The Great Herbal in Greater Noida, and dispatched by us.

Check the “Sold by” name on your order against the authorised seller name on this page. If it matches, the tube came from us. If it does not, run the pack checklist above and send us a report if anything is off.

No. You verify a tube by reading what is printed on it and matching it to the checklist on this page.

Yes. Email the batch number and a clear photo of the back of the tube to contact@myskinmatters.in. We check it against our production records and reply.

It is made in India. Skin Matters follows a Korean skincare philosophy, which means gentle, hydrating, barrier-first formulas, and builds it for Indian skin and climate. “Made in India” on the tube is correct.

We cannot say without seeing the tube. What we can say is that the seller is not authorised if they are not on our list, and that a price far below ₹399 is a common sign of a copy or of expired stock.

Not at present. If you saw it in a shop, please send us the shop name and location through the report form.

No. We never charge a fee for any job, collaboration or distributorship. Do not pay. Report it at cybercrime.gov.in or on 1930, and forward the message to contact@myskinmatters.in.

Do not use the tube. Write to contact@myskinmatters.in with your order ID and photos within 7 days from delivery. A damaged or tampered product from our own site is covered by our return policy.

Our Corporate Information page lists the manufacturing licence and the company details behind the brand.
