A three-star review that says the tube is too small is as useful to the next person as a five-star one. We publish both. We do not delete a review because it is negative, and we do not push it to the bottom.
No cash, no free product and no discount in exchange for a rating. If a reviewer received the product free, their review carries a label that says so.
We do not rewrite, shorten or polish reviews. Spelling mistakes stay. If we reply, our reply is shown separately and marked as ours.

One person’s experience is one person’s experience. Skin type, weather, water, the rest of your routine and how long you use a product all change the result. A review tells you what happened to someone else. It is not a promise of what will happen to you.
The Gentle Gel Cleanser is a cosmetic. It cleanses. It does not treat acne or any other skin condition. If you have a skin condition, speak to a dermatologist.
Takes about three minutes. Be specific and be honest. “It was fine” helps nobody. “My skin stopped feeling tight after washing, but I wish the tube were bigger” helps everybody.
