You have a PAN, and a UPI ID or bank account in your own name (we ask for these only after approval).
Your account is real: no bought followers or engagement.
Five rules for honest content
1. Disclose, every time. Commission and free product are a material connection under the ASCI influencer guidelines and the CCPA endorsement guidelines. Use "Ad", "Sponsored" or "Paid partnership" at the start of the caption, on the video itself for reels and stories, and the platform's paid-partnership tag where it exists.
2. No medical claims. The cleanser is a cosmetic. Never say it treats, cures, heals or prevents acne, pigmentation or any skin condition.
3. No edited skin. No filters, retouching or beauty mode on shots that show skin, and no before-and-after pictures.
4. Your real opinion. Use it before you talk about it. If it did not suit your skin, say so or do not post. We will never ask you to remove an honest review.
5. Only the facts on the pack. If a claim is not on the pack or in the fact sheet, do not make it.

FAQs
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no joining fee, no kit to buy and no minimum sale. Anyone who asks you to pay to join a SKIN MATTERS programme is not us.
I have very few followers. Should I still apply?
Yes. There is no follower minimum. We look at whether your account is real, whether your content is your own and whether you will follow the honest-content rules.
How is the campus ambassador role different?
The code, commission and rules are the same. The difference is where you share: on campus, in hostels, societies and at fests, as well as online.
How do I know a sale was counted?
Every order placed with your code is recorded against it. With each payout we send you a statement listing the orders it covers.
How long does my link work?
Your link is remembered on the buyer’s phone or computer for 30 days after they click it, and your code is applied in their cart automatically. If they type a different code at checkout, the order counts for that code.
When do I get paid?
By the 10th of each month, for orders that became payable in the month before. If your balance is under ₹500, it carries forward until it reaches that amount.
Why might an application not be approved?
The usual reasons: bought followers or engagement, content that makes medical claims about skincare, content that is not your own, or an applicant under 18. You can apply again after 30 days.
What if an order is cancelled or returned?
There is no commission on it. That is why a sale becomes payable only after the 7-day return window has passed.
Can I use my own code?
You can use it for the discount, but you do not earn commission on your own orders.
Can I give an honest negative opinion?
Yes. We would rather you say "this did not suit my skin" than pretend. What you cannot do is make false statements, in either direction.
Can I post my code on coupon sites or run ads on the brand name?
No. Do not post your code on coupon or deal sites, and do not run search ads on the SKIN MATTERS name. Boosting your own post is fine, with the disclosure label in place.
Can I promote other skincare brands too?
Yes. This is not exclusive. Keep each brand's disclosure clear.
How do I leave?
Email contact@myskinmatters.in. We switch off your code and pay any commission you have already earned in the next payout.
Programme terms
Who we are. "We" and "SKIN MATTERS" mean KIEVORA Private Limited, First Floor, G-79, Ashok Vihar Phase-1 Road, New Delhi 110052. "You" means an approved member.
Eligibility. 18 or older, resident in India, with a PAN and a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. We may accept or decline any application.
Relationship. You are an independent affiliate, not our employee or agent, and cannot make commitments on our behalf.
Your code and link. They are personal to you. Do not sell or transfer them, and do not use them on coupon or deal sites, in paid search ads on our brand name, in spam or in unsolicited bulk messages.
Commission. 10% of the order value after discounts, excluding GST and shipping, on each valid order placed with your code or link. A valid order is delivered, paid for, and not cancelled, returned, refunded or refused, and its 7-day return window has passed.
Excluded orders. Your own orders, bulk or gifting orders, and orders we reasonably find to be fake, duplicated or fraudulent.
Payout. Monthly, by the 10th of the following month, to your UPI ID or bank account, once your confirmed balance reaches ₹500 (smaller balances carry forward), with TDS and any other tax the law requires deducted. You are responsible for your own income tax and, where it applies to you, GST.
Disclosure and claims. You must follow the five rules on this page, including the ASCI and CCPA disclosure requirements. If a post breaks them, you agree to correct or remove it when we ask.
Brand assets. You may use the images and logo we give you, unaltered, only to promote the product under this programme.
Your content. You own it. We will not use it in our own channels or ads without your written permission.
Ending. You may leave at any time by email. We may suspend or end a membership, and withhold commission earned through a breach, if these terms are broken. Commission already earned is otherwise still paid.
Product. Approved members receive one 50 ml Gentle Gel Cleanser to try. It is part of your material connection with us and must be disclosed like commission.
Re-applying. If an application is not approved, you may apply again after 30 days.
Changes. We will email members at least 7 days before a change to the commission rate or these terms takes effect. Orders placed before the change earn the earlier rate.
Your data. Used only to run the programme and pay you, under our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
