Four steps. About a minute. Morning and night.
Splash with lukewarm water. Start with clean hands.
Use a small amount. Massage in circles for 30–60 seconds.
Rinse with lukewarm water until no slip is left.
Press a soft towel on your skin. Don’t rub.
The pack says suitable for all skin types. The steps stay the same. How often you wash and what you pay attention to can change.
| Skin type | How often | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Oily skin | Twice a day, morning and night | Do not add a third or fourth wash to chase a matte feel. Massage for the full 60 seconds. Follow with a light moisturiser. |
| Combination skin | Twice a day | Spend more of the massage time on the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) and less on the cheeks. |
| Normal or dry skin | Twice a day. If your skin feels tight in the morning, rinse with water in the morning and use the cleanser at night. | Keep the massage closer to 30 seconds. Moisturise straight after, on slightly damp skin. |
| Sensitive skin | Patch test first. Start once a day, at night, then move to twice a day if your skin is comfortable. | Fingertips only. No brushes, sponges or washcloths. Lukewarm water. Stop if irritation occurs. |
| Acne-prone skin | Twice a day | Clean hands, light pressure, no scrubbing over active spots. Use a clean towel. This is a cleanser, not an acne treatment. |
Indian weather changes more than most skincare advice assumes. The cleanser stays the same. A few habits around it change.
| The mistake | What to do instead |
|---|---|
| Hot water | Lukewarm water. Hot water can leave skin feeling tight and dry. |
| Over-washing | Twice a day. Washing more often does not make skin cleaner. It makes it drier. |
| Scrubbing | Fingertips and light pressure. No rough towels, brushes or scrubbing over spots. |
| Skipping moisturiser | Moisturise after every wash, including if your skin is oily. Cleansing removes oil. Moisturiser puts water and comfort back. |
No retinol, acids or benzoyl peroxide inside, so it sits safely before your actives. Order: cleanse → pat dry → active → moisturise.
| If you use | Where it goes | Keep in mind |
|---|---|---|
| Retinol | Night only, on fully dry skin after cleansing, followed by moisturiser | Wear sunscreen the next morning. Start slowly, as the product’s own label directs. |
| Exfoliating acids (AHAs such as glycolic or lactic acid, BHAs such as salicylic acid) | After cleansing, at the frequency the product’s label states | Many people avoid using an acid and retinol on the same night. Do not add a scrub on top. |
| Benzoyl peroxide | After cleansing, as the label or your doctor directs | It can bleach towels and pillowcases. Moisturise after. |

A small amount per wash. More product does not clean better. It only takes longer to rinse.
Yes. It is made for morning and night use.
For light, everyday wear, cleanse as usual. For water-resistant sunscreen or long-wear makeup, do a first cleanse with a cleansing oil, balm or micellar water, then use the gel cleanser.
Yes. Foam is not a measure of cleaning. This formula is sulfate-free and uses mild, amino-acid, betaine and glucoside-based cleansing agents.
Check three things first: water temperature (lukewarm, not hot), how long you massage (30 seconds is enough for dry skin) and how soon you moisturise (within a minute). If tightness or irritation continues, stop using it and contact us.
You can, but you do not need to. Fingertips are enough and are the gentlest option.
Rinse with plenty of clean water. The pack says to avoid eye contact. If discomfort continues, see a doctor.
It is made for the face. Nothing stops you from using it on your neck or chest, but a 50 ml tube will not last long that way.
Cap closed, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children. Check the tube for the “use before” date. Best before 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Stop using it. The pack says to discontinue use if irritation occurs.
