Referral terms
  1. Who can refer. Anyone with a registered account on myskinmatters.in.
  2. Who counts as a friend. Someone who has never ordered from myskinmatters.in. We check the email address and phone number; an order that matches an earlier one does not qualify.
  3. No self-referral. You cannot use your own code, including on a second account, your own email address or your own phone number.
  4. The friend's discount. ₹50 off their first order. It counts as the one coupon on that order.
  5. Your reward. A ₹50 code, emailed to you after the friend's order is delivered and its 7-day return window has closed without a cancellation, return or refund. It works once, on an order placed with your account's email address, and counts as the one coupon on that order. It must be used within 90 days. You can earn up to 10 rewards in a calendar year.
  6. Fair sharing. Share with people you know. Posting codes on coupon or deal sites, paid ads, bulk messages or pretending to be SKIN MATTERS is misuse; we may switch off the code and cancel rewards.
  7. Changes. We may change or end the referral offer. An order placed before a change keeps the reward that applied on the day it was placed.
  8. Want to promote to an audience? The affiliate programme is the right route.

One coupon per order

Each order can carry one coupon code. Coupon codes work on Single, Duo and Trio, on top of the pack price. If you have more than one code, use the one that saves you more: the cart shows the total before you pay.

  2. Apply a codeIn the cart, tap Apply next to an offer under Available Offers, or type a code and tap Apply Coupon. At checkout, use Have a coupon? Add code.
  3. Check the totalThe discount shows as its own line in green before you pay. A code cannot be added after an order is placed.

Questions about offers

Can I use two codes on one order?

No. One coupon per order. Use the one that saves you more.

Do codes work on Duo and Trio packs?

Yes. A coupon code applies on top of the pack price.

I forgot to enter the code. Can you apply it now?

No, a code must be applied before payment. If your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it and order again with the code.

Is shipping free on discounted orders?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India, whatever offer you use.

Do these offers work on marketplaces?

No. They apply only on myskinmatters.in.

A code is not working. What should I check?

Offer terms
  1. Offers apply only to orders placed on myskinmatters.in and delivered in India, by KIEVORA Private Limited, under our Terms & Conditions.
  2. One coupon code per order. Code discounts are calculated on the selling price shown on the site, not on MRP.
  3. An offer applies only if it is live when the order is placed. We may change or end an offer at any time; this does not affect orders already placed.
  4. If an order is cancelled or refunded, you get back the amount you actually paid, under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. A discount has no cash value.
  5. Offers are for personal purchases. We may cancel orders that misuse an offer through multiple accounts, false details or self-referral.
  6. If an offer is shown or applied wrongly because of an error, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund it in full.
  7. These terms do not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
